TSW worked with the City of Perry to create a linear park at the entrance into the City. This design incorporates a linear water feature as it’s focal element, a spray fountain that spills into an in-ground runnel that follows the natural grade of the site. Bioswales aim to mitigate current erosion issues on site and to properly deal with localized stormwater.
Tree-filled bosques provide shade for residents when in use and a vegetative backdrop for cars passing by into the city. Additional native vegetative screening creates a buffer on the east side of the site between the park and existing retail.
