TSW worked with Hedgewood Homes to transform a small urban site into a site suitable for middle-density housing. TSW determined which zoning category would best fit the project given the future land use plans and neighborhood plans and shepherded the zoning case through the City of Atlanta process. The location in the Morningside Lenox Park neighborhood was successfully rezoned which is the first step in the conversion from vacant commercial buildings to a mix of fee-simple attached and detached single-family homes, which will also includes live-work units. The project is projected to break ground in fall 2015.
