The Fourth streetscape project is a significant development for the city and TSW, a professional planning and landscape architecture firm, has been retained to provide their expertise for the project. TSW was responsible for the design and implementation of approximately 1,700 linear feet of streetscapes. This included full schematic design and construction documents for hardscape layout, ADA access components, lighting plans, landscape planting plans and details, site construction details, and coordination of grading, drainage, and site utilities with the project civil engineer.
The team at TSW is made up of experienced planners and landscape architects who worked closely with the city to understand the unique needs and requirements of the project. Their goal was to design the streetscape to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the area and to make it more accessible and welcoming to residents and visitors alike.
