Description:

Webb Road, a 260-acre mixed-use development located in northern Fulton County, is a new and exciting project that will provide residents and visitors with a variety of recreational and commercial opportunities. The concept design for the development, created by TSW, a leading architectural design firm, includes a modified grid that connects the site internally, as well as to the bounding roads. This allows for easy access and navigation throughout the development, making it a pedestrian-friendly environment.

The development is located along Webb Road and Deerfield Parkway, and the buildings along these roads contain first-floor retail and/or office spaces with residential units above. This allows for a mix of commercial and residential uses, which provides residents with easy access to shopping, dining, and other amenities. Other residential units in the development consist of townhomes that front pedestrian-oriented streetscapes or neighborhood parks. This creates a sense of community and encourages a walkable environment.

The plan for Webb Road also creates a large amount of park and open space for residents and visitors to enjoy. A portion of the commercial space fronts a community square and centrally located is a large common area with wooded areas and a pond. Other park amenities include pocket parks within walking distance to all residents and buffer areas that will not only screen surrounding development, but will also ensure that existing trees are protected.
