TSW projects recognized by Georgia Planning Association

Each year the Georgia Planning Association recognizes several projects throughout the state that demonstrate high quality, award winning planning at their Fall Conference.

This year, TSW was recognized for our work on the City of Monroe Town Center Livable Centers Initiative (LCI), City of Atlanta Downtown Special Public Interest (SPI-1) Zoning District, and the Garden City Town Center submittals.

TSW was the lead planning consultant for the City of Monroe Town Center LCI, which received an award for Outstanding Planning Document for a Small Community and the consultant in charge of drafting the City of Atlanta’s SPI-1 Downtown Livability Code, which received an award for Outstanding Planning Document for a Large Community. TSW prepared the Mixed-Use Code for Garden City that was part of the Garden City Town Center submittal, which received an award for Outstanding Initiatives/Special Project for a Small Community.
