We are seeking an, Architectural Project Manager in Our Urban Design Studio to join us in the Atlanta Office. This full‑time role is ideal for a design professional with 8–10+ years of experience who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technical rigor, and project leadership. You’ll contribute to a wide range of residential and mixed‑use projects—from single‑family and townhome neighborhoods to innovative hybrid housing typologies—helping guide them from concept through implementation.

A typical day may include:

  • Review project contracts to ensure clarity in scope, deliverables, compensation, and billing.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and financial tracking.

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout all phases of the project.

  • Lead and coordinate project team meetings, fostering communication across all disciplines.

  • Conduct regular quality‑control reviews and maintain thorough project documentation.

We do require:

  • A professional degree in Architecture (5‑year B.Arch or M.Arch).

  • 8–10+ years of experience in an architecture firm.

  • Active architectural license.

  • Proven management skills and experience delivering residential and mixed‑use projects.

  • A genuine passion for design excellence and the built environment.

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction best practices, and the ability to navigate code interpretation toward successful outcomes.

  • Robust design sensibilities and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365.
