Open Position at TSW: MARKETING COORDINATOR

TSW (www.tsw-design.com), an award-winning planning, architecture, and landscape architecture firm, is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The position requires collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Studio Managers to support our four offices (Atlanta, Georgia; Chattanooga, Tennessee; Lexington, Kentucky; and Tulsa, Oklahoma) in pursuing new projects, promoting our firm’s innovative work and collaborative culture, and enhancing our brand presence in the industry.

General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Requirements:

  • Develop proposals and interview presentations as part of the RFP/RFQ process for municipalities and private developers
  • Collaborate with Studio Managers to gather project information, photos, and other content for marketing materials
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) and create content to highlight projects, staff events and accomplishments, and firm news
  • Develop content for TSW website and press releases
  • Develop and manage the production of marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, brochures, advertisements, and presentations
  • Coordinate participation and develop marketing collateral for industry events and conferences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the urban planning, architecture, or design industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to set priories and meet deadlines
