Allison Bustin

Allison Bustin joined TSW in 2016 as a Community Planner and Designer. She combines urban design and planning expertise with market realities to create feasible plans. She has extensive experience working in nonprofit, public, and private sectors, which leads to her complex understanding of how each sector works together to achieve a common goal. She is passionate about fixing the messes caused by poor planning and leadership, equitable planning and design, and finding innovative solutions for difficult situations.

During her previous employment, Allison has assisted on the project management of both large scale and small scale projects, comprehensive planning projects, pedestrian and bicycle planning projects, and conceptual design plans. She is experienced in all stages of project development, from the proposal stage all the way to creating the final deliverables.

When I’m not at the office, I’m experimenting in the kitchen, planning my next trip to New York, or at a Clemson football game.
