TSW’s expertise in the hotel industry and experience in master planning made them the perfect fit for this project. With the goal of creating a unique and memorable guest experience, TSW worked closely with the management team at Almond Beach Village to understand their needs and vision for the property.
The final master concept plan included a variety of features that enhanced the overall experience for guests, including new and improved dining options, recreational activities, and state-of-the-art spa and wellness facilities. The hotel’s guest rooms and suites were also reconfigured and upgraded to provide a more comfortable and luxurious stay.
One of the key elements of the plan was the addition of new outdoor spaces, including a pool deck and bar, a tropical garden, and a beachfront promenade. These areas provide guests with opportunities to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding tropical landscape.
In addition to enhancing the guest experience, the reconfiguration and expansion of the hotel was also designed to improve operational efficiency and increase revenue. The reconfiguration of the hotel allowed for a more effective use of space, allowing for the addition of new amenities and public spaces. The increased revenue is expected to come from a combination of increased occupancy rates, higher room rates, and increased spending by guests at the hotel’s food and beverage outlets and retail shops.
TSW’s master concept plan for Almond Beach Village has the potential to transform the hotel into one of the top destinations in Barbados. With its focus on enhancing the guest experience, improving operational efficiency, and increasing revenue, the plan sets the hotel up for long-term success and growth.
