- 258 units urban residential project in Atlanta
- Mix of 3-story townhouses and a courtyard grouping of 8-story and 5-story condominium buildings
The Cosmopolitan on Lindbergh is TSW’s largest urban architectural project in Atlanta. Totaling 258 residential units on 4.7 acres, the project consists of a mixture of 3-story townhouses and a courtyard grouping of 8-story and 5-story condominium buildings. Some 500 total parking spaces are provided for the condominium residents beneath each building in two-level parking garages. The master design creates two new pedestrian-oriented streets through the project, lined with dense urban blocks.
The two U-shaped condominium buildings frame a recreational core featuring an outdoor pool, 2-level fitness and community center, and landscaped event areas. Eighteen different unit plans have been developed, ranging from a 675 sq. ft., one-bedroom, one-bath unit, to a 1,660 sq. ft., three-bedroom, three-bath unit. The two-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath townhouses range from 2,000 to 2,250 sq. ft.
