Experience

David Lintott is a seasoned landscape architect and community planner with more than two decades of experience in the field. His forte lies in streetscape design and recreational facilities, with a special focus on multi-use streets that cater to the safety and convenience of both cars and bicycles, as well as pedestrians.

Throughout his career, David has contributed his expertise to numerous projects worldwide, including destinations in Central America and the Caribbean, where he has worked extensively in resort tourism planning and design. Some of his notable projects include the Las Catalinas development in Costa Rica, the Juniper and 5th Street Complete Street Projects in Midtown Atlanta, and the Piedmont Park North Woods Master Plan in Atlanta.

David is known for his excellent construction document preparation skills and his attention to detail in overseeing construction administration. Additionally, he is a licensed small unmanned aircraft systems (drone) pilot and leverages his skills to capture stunning aerial photography and video for project documentation and marketing purposes.

Currently, David manages the day-to-day IT systems at TSW and has been working on city and county-level park systems master plans in recent years. These projects start with the inventory and analysis of existing parks, include extensive research and stakeholder interview, and are finalized with a written recommendation for existing parks within the community and any future parks.

David is an active member of the Congress for New Urbanism and the Urban Land Institute, two well-respected organizations in the industry. With a range of notable projects under his belt, David is recognized for his technical expertise, attention to detail, and passion for sustainable and livable spaces.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me…hiking, camping, traveling, or more recently tackling home renovation projects!
