David Lintott, LEED AP



David Lintott, a designer in the Landscape Architecture and Community Planning Studios of TSW, has over 20 years of experience focusing on streetscape design and recreational facilities. David works on local and regional projects, as well as international projects.  His projects vary from multimodal streetscape design to resort tourism planning and design in Latin America and the Caribbean.

David’s notable projects include Las Catalinas, Juniper Streetscape, 5th Street Complete Street, Broad Street, and Piedmont Park North Woods Master Plan. David has worked on numerous construction document packages and is experienced in conducting construction administration.

David is an FAA licensed small unmanned aircraft systems (drone) pilot who has acquired several FAA flight waivers, including flying in restricted airspace and night flying.  Aerial photography and video obtained by David have been used on pre-and post-construction projects and for marketing purposes. At TSW, David also manages the day-to-day IT systems.

David is a member of the Congress for the New Urbanism and Urban Land Institute and is an active volunteer in his local neighborhood CO-OP.
