A lover of pretty things, Ella feels right at home creating proposals that are both polished and purposeful. She enjoys finding creative ways to weave win themes into the most routine requirements, sculpting each submission to reflect TSW's brand, personality, and expertise.

What energizes Ella most is untangling a challenging RFP and turning it into a clear plan of action. Much like solving a puzzle, she enjoys organizing information, connecting disparate pieces, and bringing order to complexity. Whether she's developing a proposal strategy, calibrating narrative language, or adjusting a layout until everything clicks into place, she finds satisfaction in making the complicated feel approachable.
