*Client:* Litchfield Company Project Status: Built Project Overview: • The Swim Club serves the Island Estates and Marina Village areas of Litchfield. • The facility features a 2,000 square feet pool, grassed and paved terraces, two screened-porch pavilions, and an outdoor fireplace patio. • Architecturally, the building is classically styled, relying on both low country and French colonial traditions.
