Mave Sirek is a young professional and recent graduate from the University of Kentucky’s Landscape Architecture program. Her education and background spans technical art skills, master-planning, humanized design, community engagement, visual communication, and ecological restoration. She applies a creative lens to social, infrastructural and ecological challenges, utilizing artistic processes and principles to mend community and landscape.

Mave sits on the KY ASLA Board as the Emerging Professionals Co-Chair and is involved with local Louisville advocacy groups, such as the Gender Equity Team. She hopes to create a positive change in Louisville, and in communities across Kentucky.
