Phoebe brings an interdisciplinary background in environmental engineering, urban planning, and visual communication to her work in planning and community-focused design. She combines technical experience with a creative approach to building more equitable, sustainable, and engaging places.

Phoebe is especially passionate about community engagement and translating complex planning concepts into materials that resonate with the public. Through her experience supporting comprehensive plans, multimodal transportation initiatives, and Safe Streets efforts, she has developed skills in research, spatial analysis, and creating clear, accessible graphics and communication. Phoebe is excited to help shape vibrant, connected, and resilient communities through thoughtful planning and design.
