  • Develop project scopes, fees, schedules, staffing plans, and work plans in coordination with TSW's practice and studio leaders.

  • Manage project budgets, invoices, consultant coordination, profitability, and client expectations.

  • Apply strong technical expertise in grading and drainage coordination, accessibility, planting design, hardscape systems, materials, detailing, constructability, and code compliance.
  • Provide clear technical direction and redlines to staff, identifying issues early and ensuring documents are coordinated, complete, and ready to build.
  • Participate actively during bidding and construction, including submittal review, responses to RFIs, site observation, field coordination, punch lists, and resolution of construction issues.
  • Protect the design intent through implementation while making practical decisions based on cost, schedule, constructability, and field conditions.

Team Leadership & Firmwide Collaboration

  • Actively mentor and develop staff through project assignments, regular feedback, and hands-on guidance in design, technical execution, project management, and client service.
  • Establish clear expectations and accountability while creating meaningful opportunities for staff to take ownership and grow.

  • Participate in interviews, pursuit strategy, and relationship-building efforts, taking greater ownership as experience and connections grow.
  • Help identify follow-on opportunities with existing clients and contribute to multidisciplinary pursuits where landscape architecture adds value.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
  • Licensed Landscape Architect required. Oklahoma licensure is preferred, or the ability to obtain reciprocity within a reasonable timeframe.
