Experience

Allison joined TSW in 2022 as the Planning Studio Manager. She has been part of the city planning and design field since 2006, predominantly working in the southeast. Allison has expertise in comprehensive planning, redevelopment strategies, land use, transportation, and transit-oriented development. Prior to TSW, her roles included work in military planning, zoning administration, disaster recovery and resilience, and parks and open space system planning.  She previously served as the Georgia Planning Association (GPA)’s Vice President of Programs, and has been part of various leadership programs such as the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership and the Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta (ALMA).  In 2021, Allison was recognized AS one of the southeast’s Top 40 under 40 professionals in the engineering field. Though she grew up in the northeast, Allison has fully adopted Atlanta as home, and loves being part of how the region’s future is shaped.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me…exploring random places with my family, joining too many book clubs, playing tennis, and doing yoga and barre.
