Experience

Experience

Chris is a landscape architect based in TSW’s Tulsa office. Prior to joining TSW in 2026, he worked at landscape architecture and multi-disciplinary design firms in Oklahoma, Colorado, and Washington State. His primary focus has been the integration of natural systems and the built environment through science-driven ecological design, habitat restoration, green stormwater infrastructure and LID, and creating public landscapes that perform multiple functions. His experience includes design and planning for parks, trails, greenways, natural areas, and open space at multiple scales in various contexts. He is passionate about native plants, studying how water moves across a site, and designing living landscapes for multiple species. Chris has contributed to private and public sector projects on the east, west, and gulf coasts, throughout the mountain west, and locally in northeast Oklahoma. He is a licensed landscape architect in the State of Oklahoma and member of the Oklahoma Native Plant Network.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me…tending to the "micro prairie" lawn-to-native plant conversion in my yard, playing upright and electric bass, and exploring the outdoors with my family and pup!
