TSW provided landscape architectural design services for the Bainbridge Element Hotel, creating a dynamic and multifunctional outdoor space for guests while integrating with the broader downtown improvements in Bainbridge. Set to become the city's largest hotel, the project emphasizes both guest experience and neighborhood connectivity, with pedestrian links to Chason Park and the riverfront trail along the Flint River.

The design features a resort-style pool deck, and a 6,800-square-foot event lawn designed to host special gatherings. TSW's scope of services included schematic design through permitting and detailed 3D renderings, with careful attention to stormwater management, lighting design, and overall user experience.

As the final component of a larger initiative led by the Downtown Development Authority, the hotel builds on the recent expansion of Chason Park and strengthens connections between downtown Bainbridge and the riverfront through new trails and greenspaces. Once complete, it will serve as a catalyst for economic growth – attracting visitors and locals alike, creating jobs, and fueling the continued revitalization of Bainbridge's downtown core.
