Atlanta Regional Commission Selects Alanna Fairburn for Prestigious PanelTSW is proud to announce that Community Planner and Designer Alanna Fairburn has been selected to participate in the prestigious Atlanta Regional Commission’s (ARC) 2023 Culture and Community Design program. This program brings together a carefully curated team of professionals, including artists, culture-bearers, community planners, designers, and government officials, who are dedicated to supporting the growth and development of arts and cultural organizations throughout the Atlanta region.

As part of this esteemed cohort, Alanna will lend her professional expertise and creative vision to advance the strategic goals of two impactful arts organizations: Full Radius Dance and The African Diaspora Art Museum of Atlanta. These organizations play vital roles in enriching the cultural fabric of the region, but like many smaller arts groups, they often face challenges in accessing the resources and technical support necessary to expand their reach and impact.

The ARC Culture and Community Design program is specifically designed to bridge this gap by providing pro bono guidance and collaborative problem-solving to smaller arts organizations that may not otherwise have the capacity to engage such high-level expertise. Through this initiative, participants like Alanna work alongside fellow professionals to develop innovative strategies and solutions that help these organizations thrive, increase community engagement, and enhance their sustainability.
