TSW Planner and Landscape Architect Katy O’Meilia is thrilled to be part of an exciting new project that will benefit the Kirkpatrick Heights and Greenwood District of North Tulsa. The City of Tulsa, together with the design team of WRT, World Won Development, and Standpipe Hill Strategies, is working on a comprehensive master plan for the North Tulsa community.
