TSW prepared developed a Master Plan for the city-owned park known as Carpenter’s Park, located at the corner of Broad Street and Munson Hwy. Carpenter’s Riverfront Park Master Plan lies in close proximity to the City’s Marina and is within a recently created Community Redevelopment Area. TSW created a Park-wide Existing Conditions Plan, an Existing Uses Plan, A Facilities Asessment Report, led Public Participation, developed the Master Plan for Uses and Facilities, and developed cost estimates.
Main site amenities of the master plan include: a playground, splash park, grand park lawn, natural play area, boat ramp areas, parking areas, boardwalks, picnic pavilions, restrooms, trails, multiple points of water access, and gateway signage.
