Description:

City Lights South is a proposed new R-2 residential development consisting of two residential buildings and associated surface parking. The development contains a total of 159 dwelling units and is intended to be developed as a HUD affordable housing project, providing quality residential housing opportunities for income-qualified residents.

The project includes the Wabash Residential Building and the Boulevard Residential Building, which are separated by a 3-hour fire wall and are designed as separate buildings for code purposes.

The Wabash Residential Building is constructed with a one-story concrete podium supporting five stories of Type III wood-frame construction above. The Boulevard Residential Building is constructed with a one-story concrete podium supporting four stories of Type V wood-frame construction above. The entire development will be protected throughout with an NFPA 13 automatic sprinkler system.
