Glenda has 18 years of professional experience in planning and urban design. Her previous work experience includes 15 years in community planning, where she applied her knowledge of architecture, urban design, and planning to create redevelopment strategies for communities across the country. In the past, she also worked on architecture and urban design for residential, mixed-use, and resort projects in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Glenda’s research and practice interests include affordable housing, community development, neighborhood revitalization, and community engagement—areas where she has enjoyed building relationships with residents and local leaders.
