Vance has been working in landscape design and construction world since he was a teenager bringing over two decades of professional experience in multi-disciplinary design with a focus on resort and hospitality, multifamily housing, parks and planned communities. His years of experience have provided the opportunity to take high level design projects from inception through construction providing ground up developmental success. I approach every project with an understanding that strong communication and a close working relationship with the internal teams, clients, stakeholders, consultants, and City staff drive effective placemaking and design solutions.

Vance’s real joy has been leading and mentoring his teams as they move through their career paths by building prideful ownership in projects, design excitement, and squeezing the best out of their individual potential.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me…playing outdoors, cooking, listening to live music, tinkering with the next project, and enjoying life to the fullest with friends and family.
