Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh Awarded the City of Hapeville Main Street Town Center LCI Plan
Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh & Associates (TSW) has been selected as the planning consultant for the City of Hapeville Main Street Town Center LCI Plan. The project is a partnership between TSW, Marketek, Inc., URS Corporation, and Hedgewood Properties. The objective of the project is to create a financially viable, design-based vision, plan, and implementation strategy for the Main Street Town Center. The area has already undergone revitalization in recent years, and the project aims to continue this trend.
The study process will result in a development plan that supports the continued revitalization of downtown, preserves its historic and cultural assets, and positions Hapeville as a desirable “intown” community. The project will involve extensive research, analysis, and community input to create a plan that reflects the city’s unique character while addressing its needs.
TSW has a proven track record of successful urban design and planning projects in the Atlanta area, including the award-winning Glenwood Park and Woodstock Downtown developments. Marketek, Inc. is a research and planning firm specializing in economic development and community revitalization, while URS Corporation is a global engineering and construction firm with expertise in planning and design. Hedgewood Properties is a developer known for its commitment to sustainable design and community engagement.
The Main Street Town Center LCI Plan is an opportunity for Hapeville to continue its transformation into a vibrant and prosperous community.
